A huge thank you to all our members who made the first week back in the gym after lockdown such a good one. It was great to see everyone back training in the gym and not on the ZOOM screen.  We are eternally grateful for ZOOM of course and the fact that we were able to continue training as we did, however it will never match the face to face interaction of coaching in the gym.

Our timetable will continue to change and adapt to meet the ever changing landscape but all details will be messaged to all members in plenty of time.
