All members are invited to come along on Saturday and cheer on our Junior members as they take part in our latest Absolute Beginners Interclub.

This is a very informal relaxed event designed to give much needed experience for the less experienced juniors and no one who has had more than 2 fights can take part.  It would be great to see some of our members there cheering them on.  It’s held at our gym and cost for spectators is just £3 so please see if you can come down.

Starts at 1pm and you can arrive from 12.15pm. Hope to see you there
