It’s less than one week to go until the big KOMBAT ZONE event and so have you got your tickets yet? We have a fantastic International line up, once again being held at the Casino Rooms in Rochester and as well as fighters from all over the country,  France and Wales, we have of course a strong TKO Elite team taking part.  Will French, Sham Singh, Safeerullah Saffe and Lewis Hitchen have been working hard 6 days a week for almost 8 weeks now and so are more than ready to do us proud. Please if you have not got your tickets yet to come and support them please see any of them at the gym or speak to any of the instructors at your classes. They would I know appreciate having a big TKO Elite crowd there cheering them on Your support as always is really appreciated.
