A belated well done to everyone who took part in our senior kickboxing grading last week. Excellent effort from everyone and considering that many of those in the picture had taken part in our 50 rounds of sparring the day before it was an extra special effort, so well done.

Highest grade awarded on the day were the Brown belts achieved by Faye Humphries and Lewis Hitchen and a special mention goes to Erin Wilkinson who double graded to orange belt, something that very rarely happens so well done Erin

Dates for the 2020 gradings are now on display on the reception wall so make sure you get those in your dairy and set your goals for the upcoming year
